Delivery and Collection
Delivery and collection –this is included in the price if your event is within 10 miles of Penkridge. Thereafter each mile will be charged at 40p.
High Tea will deliver and collect all items – and we do all of the washing up!

All breakages are levied at three times the hire charge per damaged item. We require a refundable breakages deposit which is dependant on the bookings. This is refunded once the china and other items have been checked by ‘High Tea’
‘High Tea’ is not responsible for injury to any party through breakages of any item or any accident during the hire period.
A 20% deposit is required to confirm your order when booking. This will be non refundable if the event is cancelled.
The balance is to be paid no later than 14 days prior to the event.
Payment may be made by cash, bank transfer or cheque.
2 months prior to event = 20% of your overall invoice charge is to be paid
1 month prior to event = 50% of your overall invoice charge is to be paid
14 days prior to event = 100% of your invoice charge is to be paid
The maximum hire period is 72 hours.
